Due to the nature of our products, personalized NFC business cards, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
For non-personalized products, such as accessories or non-customized items, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please see the specific terms below.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement or refund for the defective or damaged product. The method of resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Non-personalized products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund or exchange, as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
